3. Eligibility

4. User Accounts & Guest Mode

Registered accounts and guest sessions store data exclusively in your browser's localStorage using the prefix gm_. GameMahal does not maintain server-side user accounts or databases. You are responsible for your own data and session management.

5. Virtual Coins

  • Virtual coins are provided for free to create an engaging game experience.
  • Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred between users.
  • GameMahal reserves the right to adjust coin values, game mechanics or rewards at any time without notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to exploit, hack or manipulate game mechanics.
  • Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
  • Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GameMahal, including design, graphics, text and game logic, is the property of GameMahal. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GameMahal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law (including the IT Act 2000 and its amendments), GameMahal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, IT (Amendment) Act 2008, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
